Kumibox Refund Policy
Effective Date: October 2, 2025
This Refund Policy outlines the rules for service cancellations and refunds for the use of applications and services (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) provided by Kumibox Jakub Kumoch.
- General Provisions
The subject of the Service is granting access to software as a service (SaaS), which constitutes the delivery of digital content not stored on a tangible medium.
The payment operator is Paddle.com Market Limited.
- Right to Withdraw from the Contract
According to consumer law, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract.
Exception: The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply if the User has consented to the commencement of the Service (gaining access to the application’s functionality) before the expiry of the 14-day period. Activating the Service by making a payment is equivalent to giving such consent and being informed about the loss of the right to withdraw.
- Subscription Cancellation
The User can cancel a subscription at any time in their account settings panel within the respective application.
Canceling a subscription means that no future charges will be made. The User will retain access to the Service until the end of the paid period.
We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods.
- Refund Conditions
A refund may be considered in exceptional cases, such as a major technical error that prevents the use of the Service and could not be fixed, or a duplicate charge for the same Service.
A refund will not be granted if the Service was functioning correctly and the User changed their mind about the purchase, or if the User has violated the Terms of Service.
- Refund Request Procedure
Refund requests should be sent to the e-mail address: info@kumibox.net.
The request must include the account’s e-mail address, the transaction date, and a detailed description of the reason for the request.
Each request will be reviewed individually within 14 business days.
