Here’s why it’s so important:

•    Avoid Overloads:    A rookie loads for 100% space. A pro loads for 100% legal weight. Fitting 26 pallets is useless if it puts you over the axle weight limit. Always know your weight before you load.
•    Plan for Unloading:    Is this a multi-stop delivery? The pallets for the last stop must be loaded first. Planning your layout visually helps you arrange the load for efficient unloading, not just loading.
•    Mix Strategically:    Our tool lets you mix pallet types. This is key. You can often fit more by strategically combining, for example, two US pallets with one EU pallet to fill a gap.
