Kumibox Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 2, 2025

§1. General Provisions
These terms of service (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) define the rules and conditions for providing electronic services by Kumibox Jakub Kumoch through its online services, in particular the Dielineo, CalcPack, and Paletyzer applications (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Applications” or individually as “Service”).

The Service Provider is Kumibox Jakub Kumoch, NIP: PL7772699707, with its registered office at: ul. Owocowa 1B/A, 63-100 Psarskie, Poland.

The User is any natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality who uses the Services.

§2. Type and Scope of Services
The Services include access to specialized online IT tools (Applications) such as Paletyzer, Dielineo, and CalcPack, designed to optimize production and design processes in the packaging and logistics industry.

The Service Provider offers the Services on a paid basis, in a subscription model or through a one-time purchase, in accordance with the current price list available at kumibox.net.

To use the Services, a device with Internet access and an up-to-date web browser is required.

§3. Conditions for Providing and Concluding Service Agreements
The service agreement is concluded upon creating an account in one of the Applications and accepting these Terms.

To create an account, the User must provide true and current data, including an e-mail address.

The User agrees to use the Services in a manner consistent with the law, good customs, and the provisions of the Terms. Providing illegal content is forbidden.

The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account access credentials.

§4. Payments
The use of the full functionality of the Applications is a paid service. Prices and available plans are specified in the price list available at kumibox.net.

The payment operator is Paddle.com Market Limited. All transactions are processed through the secure Paddle payment system.

By making a payment, the User accepts the terms of service of the payment operator.

Invoices for the services provided will be issued and delivered electronically to the User’s e-mail address.

§5. Liability
The Service Provider undertakes to make every effort to ensure the proper and continuous operation of the Services.

The Service Provider is not liable for any damages resulting from the improper use of the Services by the User.

The results generated by the Applications are for simulation and assistance purposes. The Service Provider is not responsible for their practical application and any resulting losses.

The Service Provider reserves the right to schedule technical breaks in the operation of the Services and will endeavor to inform Users in advance.

§6. Complaint Procedure
Any complaints regarding the operation of the Services should be submitted to the e-mail address: info@kumibox.net or via the contact form at https://kumibox.net/kontakt/.

A complaint should include at least a description of the problem and data allowing for the identification of the User.

The Service Provider will process the complaint within 14 business days of its receipt.

§7. Termination of the Agreement
The User may cancel their subscription at any time, which will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Cancellation can be done in the account settings panel of the respective Application.

The User may delete their account in a given Application at any time. Deleting an account is equivalent to terminating the agreement for the use of that Application.

The Service Provider reserves the right to block or delete a User’s account in the event of a gross violation of these Terms.

§8. Final Provisions
The Service Provider reserves the right to change these Terms. Users will be notified of any changes electronically.

In matters not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.

Any disputes arising from the execution of the agreement will be settled by the court competent for the registered office of the Service Provider.
